The Licensed Practitioner Certification from Winsborough will train you to use the Assessio suite of assessment diagnostics for selection and development.
The certification includes pre-work to familiarise you with the tools and their scales as well as the reporting options that Winsborough has created.
The workshop will focus on learning and practicing the skills of interpretation and theming critical to improved selection decisions and effective developmental coaching.
The workshop will be highly collaborative and focused on applying skills and best practice when interpreting the suite of Assessio assessments.

What does the Certification cover?
The purpose of the certification is to give practitioners training in and access to the Assessio tools which measure ability, personality, values, and cognitive agility, and to build skills in the integration of those results into selection decisions and development programs. Practitioners will also become familiar with the new range of Winsborough reporting options.
Who should attend?
Current selection and development practitioners, particularly those interested in self-service options, who anticipate a minimum of 15 reports per annum (with discounts applying at higher volumes), and the curious practitioner who is looking to build their level of expertise using robust and valid assessment tools that are well proven and fit for purpose.

Prework
- Completion of the Assessio suite of ability and assessment diagnostics and debrief from a Winsborough consultant
- Online modules introducing the Assessio assessments, their design and structure, and access to samples of the new Winsborough reports based on these assessments
Workshop
- A deeper exploration of Assessio diagnostics, the scales, norms, and measures of validity and reliability
