Verity has broad experience and expertise in organisational development (individual, team and organisations), including assessment, leadership development, selection, coaching and facilitation.
A registered organisational psychologist, she combines research evidence with an understanding of what works in practice for leaders in high-pressure environments.
Prior to joining Winsborough, Verity specialised in board-level development, and led the Organisational Psychology Department for the Royal NZ Navy.
