Sophia is based in Wellington and works within the client support team. Across the team, they focus on providing our consultants with unwavering support and our clients with excellent service. Sophia predominantly works within development, assisting our consultants in the delivery of employee and employer development.
Prior to Winsborough, Sophia worked in a variety of industries, starting her office career in the medical industry, including private practices in Wellington and Christchurch. She has worked in the print industry, as lead office administrator in an appliance repairs company and in the construction industry as a project administrator on the Transmission Gully project. As the project was nearing its end, she began working in recruitment as a candidate manager which, ultimately, led her to a position at Winsborough. Sophia is currently working towards finishing her communications degree through Massey University.
