Rebekah’s focus is on designing initiatives to meet business needs and embed behaviour change for sustained outcomes. As a coach, facilitator and learning designer, she has expertise in leadership training and development, performance improvement, team building and culture change, communication, coaching skills and conflict resolution.
She has a proven track record of establishing trust and rapport and generating repeat client engagements, whether working with high-potential future leaders and team leaders all the way through to executive leadership teams and CEOs.
Across education and human development, she has worked as a psychological researcher, teacher, organisational development consultant, education and business development consultant, and is a business owner. Areas of special interest include neuroscience and brain-based development strategies, supporting new and working parents, and supporting women to remain in the leadership pipeline. A Professional Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation), she has an ongoing commitment to professional development within the ICF certification pathway.
