Meet our people

I am proud to be involved in projects that tangibly improve leadership effectiveness and bring about long-term culture change; that make a real difference, not just in people's 'work life' but in terms of their overall sense of satisfaction, success and wellbeing.

Rachael Stott

Director

BSc(Hons); Registered Psychologist

Rachael has a deep and abiding belief that if you get leadership right, organisational performance will be better. Her focus is on coaching executive leadership teams, supporting organisations to bring systems thinking to leadership and to become more coherent about the pivotal and interconnected role of leadership in organisational performance. Supporting the selection of the right leaders into the right roles is critical.

Before joining Winsborough, Rachael led Psychology Services for the NZ Army, providing organisational psychology advice and support both in NZ and to personnel deployed overseas, plus assessment services to military forces in the Pacific.  She was also the NZ National Leader on a Five Nations working group researching ‘survival psychology’. A current goal is to improve her understanding of te ao Māori, so she can fully support leadership development in Aotearoa NZ.
