Nicola brings to her work a strong interest in working with clients to use evidence based best practice to underpin leadership and talent solutions that are practical and future proof. She has recently returned to the Winsborough team after living and working across Europe and the USA. During this time she lead business development, account management, and solution delivery for a portfolio of clients across Western Europe and partnered with clients such as ING bank and Boston Scientific to deliver projects including competency design (including implementation, and integration), leader assessment and development, and 360 design and delivery.
Previously at Winsborough Nicola was involved across the full remit of Leadership Solutions working closely with organisations such as Air NZ, BNZ, Fletcher Building, MBIE, and WorkSafe New Zealand.
Before joining Winsborough (the first time) Nicola worked at a Human Resource Consultancy specialising in the delivery and application of climate and engagement surveys. Nicola was involved in leading large and complex projects for international clients along with design and facilitation of workshop to support implementation and actually do something with the results. Prior to this Nicola worked as part of the Learning and Development team for a top tier Law Firm in New Zealand.
