Meet our people

"I also strongly believe that workplace relationships are at the heart of everything; if we connect more meaningfully with each other, we will do better work together."

Natasha Zimmerman

Senior Consultant

PhD Organisational Psychology; MPA (Master of Public Administration)

Natasha is an excellence enthusiast and leadership consultant with over a decade of experience in executive leadership and operations. She completed her PhD in organisational psychology at the University of Canterbury with a research focus on belongingness and connection in the workplace. She is an experienced facilitator and loves working with leadership teams to help them connect, trust, and do great work together.

Clients comment on how much they learn: ‘Working with you has been the equivalent of going to business school’ in terms of critical thinking, approach and ‘inspiring people to move in the same direction’. Natasha also brings her expertise in qualitative research to the Winsborough team, keeping up to speed on the latest organisational psychology research and thinking and writing about how it applies to our work.

Before moving to NZ, Natasha served as Director of Operations for a private consulting firm and subsequently as Regional Vice President for one of the largest healthcare systems in the US, where she managed on-site teams at over 50 hospitals in complex, high-demand settings. Natasha has guest-lectured and spoken at various conferences about leadership and workplace belonging, and she has shared her research on RNZ and several podcasts.

"I get jazzed about bridging the empirical with the practical - finding the perfect blend of scientific evidence and pragmatism to help leaders and organisations cultivate meaning in work and everyday life. I also strongly believe that workplace relationships are at the heart of everything; if we connect more meaningfully with each other, we will do better work together."
