As business coordinator in the client support team, Michelle supports the co-ordination of Winsborough's individual and team development projects. She assists consultants with day-to-day administration and liaising with clients.
After graduating, she worked in the mental health and addictions sector, including in residential rehab, prisons and community. She then managed administration and property budgets for fire stations across Auckland and Northland, for Fire and Emergency NZ. On her first day, someone made a comment that stuck with her. He said, ‘What we do doesn't just impact one person, it starts a ripple effect that can shape the leaders of tomorrow.’ She related to this so strongly. The speaker was Gus – Winsborough CEO!
Michelle is now working on personal and professional development opportunities within Winsborough.
