Helen leads the Winsborough consulting practice. She works with clients in leadership and organisational development, culture development, psychometric assessment (individuals, teams and organisations) and team coaching. She consults with executives across their employment lifecycle, from selection, to transition, individual development, team development and organisational level culture interventions.
Her roles as Head of Consulting and a Winsborough Partner build on more than 20 years’ experience in individual, team and organisational leadership assessment and development. She has partnered with a diverse range of executive teams and feels particularly privileged to play a role in the work life of individuals, teams, organisations and sectors.
Helen has been at Winsborough for 12 years and, prior to that, spent 14 years selecting, developing and leading leaders in the NZ Army. She is a Leadership Development Centre pre-qualified coach for Chief Executive and Senior System Leaders. Continuing to grow her te reo Māori skills and bicultural practice is a current goal.
