As a registered psychologist, Gemma has worked in consulting since the beginning of her professional career, and has been a part of delivering selection and development solutions across public and private sector clients.
Gemma is especially interested in the intersection between personality, performance psychology, wellbeing and leadership. As a psychologist and coach, she supports individuals, groups, and organisations to establish and maintain the conditions for success and performance grounded in purpose, meaning, and shared values.
At Winsborough, Gemma’s work ranges from assisting organisations with their graduate selection through to leadership evaluation and selection, and facilitating leadership programmes. She brings a strong research and analytical focus
