As a senior consultant, Eugenia helps identify and develop leaders across the NZ public and private sectors. Through the use of robust assessment tools, coaching and application of scientific models, she helps leaders achieve actionable insights and stretch their potential.
Her recent work includes talent and leadership programme design, facilitation, and coaching; assessment and development centre design; facilitation of senior leadership team sessions; executive selection; and lecturing on executive university programmes. Another speciality is in survey design (employee experiences and 360s).

Before joining Winsborough, Eugenia tutored in psychology and lectured on workplace-related topics at the University of Auckland.
