Speakers
LTCOL Samuel Williams - Director of Joint Professional Military Learning Research and Development, New Zealand Defence College. As a military registered psychologist and Head of Research and Development Sam led the NZDF aspects of the project from end-to-end including report design; military contextualisation of personality elements, training of staff, implementation on leader development programmes across the NZDF, and integration with other development systems.
Natasha Zimmerman - as Senior Consultant and Research & Development led the analysis, mapping and development of NZDF custom reporting – integrating Assessio personality and values tools and NZDF LF “Value Adds”. Worked with Sam and his team to do this for all levels of NZDF leadership, from Lead Self to Leading the Organisation.
Helen Horn - as Partner and Head of Growth Helen is a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in leadership selection and development. Her extensive experience spans a wide range of industries, including health, emergency management, transport, education, primary industry, energy, banking and construction. She has worked across all organisational levels, from individual contributors to executives and boards, with a particular focus on executive leadership.
