Winsborough’s founder, Dave Winsborough, is returning to New Zealand, from his secondment to Hogan International in New York, to promote the release of his new book, "Fusion: The Psychology of Teams".

In his new book, Dave Winsborough writes about creating functional teams and how to optimise teamwork. He reviews the oldest research and the most modern theories and describes his own experiences and insights in an easy to read format.

In ‘Fusion: The Psychology of Teams’ Dave shines his light on his preferred team model and how it can help us all to be better team players or leaders.

What will you take away from Dave’s presentation
Great team leadership come from a mix of hard and soft skills, and an appreciation for the dynamics of groups, teams and psychology.
You will learn:
• Three simple hacks to charge your leadership;
• The 5 psychological roles people can bring to a team; and,
• The value of values.

Dave distils the gold from the rubbish about team building and explains why the best teams talk, connect and reflect more than the worst.
