As a Hub Coordinator, Melissa’s key focus is on enabling and growing our Direct Product user network, supporting the Hub's marketing activities, and being an expert in our new programme, Ka Tipu Te Rangatiratanga.
Melissa’s expertise is in ensuring that our clients receive a premium experience, beyond their expectations, in coordination, support and client care. Currently, she is putting a great deal of effort into developing a strong knowledge of the new industry she has joined and learning every inch of her new role at Winsborough.
Prior to joining the Winsborough team, Melissa was in the hairdressing industry for 15 years, including 9 years at a salon where she helped the owner run the business, managed and developed the team as well as the salon, and worked to ensure all guests received a memorable experience.
