As the Client Services Team Leader, Melissa guides our Support Team responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and supporting the wider business. She provides leadership, coordination, and support to manage workflow and maintain excellent client experiences.

Melissa’s expertise is in ensuring that our clients receive a premium experience, beyond their expectations, in coordination, support and client care. 

Prior to joining the Winsborough team, Melissa was in the hairdressing industry for 15 years, including 9 years at a salon where she helped the owner run the business, managed and developed the team as well as the salon, and worked to ensure all guests received a memorable experience.
