As Chief Operating Officer at Winsborough, Ariana leads the operational strategy and delivery of world‑class leadership assessment products and experiences.

 Ariana is passionate about delivering high-quality products, experiences and implementation guidance for clients, so that they are empowered to use these world-class tools inside their own organisations.  

Great client and candidate experiences, through seamless processes, are always the ideal end goals for her, drawing on her expertise in process and systems, product knowledge, and stakeholder and relationship management. 

Ariana’s ongoing development involves staying in tune with the innovations and development of the types of products Winsborough uses, and prioritising her taku taha Māori. 

Ariana started her career in the NZ primary health care sector, with roles that focused on customer service and technology, which provided a solid foundation in client service delivery. She also worked in the UK recruitment industry.
