Based on the Domain Model of Leadership, we’ve developed 360 surveys which look at behaviours across ten competencies proven to examine the key components of effective leadership.
Join Winsborough Ltd for a 3-hour certification workshop to enable you and your organisation or clients to make the best use of these 360 tools to help your leaders on their development journey.
Prior to the workshop, we’ll send through some key resources to introduce you to our 360 tools and how they can be used, including: a guide to delivering feedback, 360 technical manual, FAQs for survey participants and their raters, and sample reports. The workshop will apply and build on this information by exploring approaches to feedback and development, sample reports and interpretation of results, and tips for best leveraging the feedback to help managers focus on development goals that will have the biggest impact.
To complete your certification, you’ll also give feedback to a real manager. We’ll help you prepare for this by setting you up with a one-on-one session with a Winsborough consultant. Together, you’ll go through the results, reviewing any key themes and discuss how you plan to deliver the feedback to the manager.
Completing the 360 survey workshop and certification process allows you to use the 360 survey products with managers to guide them on their development journey. Certified users are also entitled to a discounted rate on 360 Surveys. The programme is a competency-based certification and we are there to support you after the workshop until you feel equipped to interpret 360 surveys and deliver feedback on your own.
